FIRE DOOR ASSEMBLY INSPECTION
Our team of professionals include certified Fire Door Assembly Inspectors (FDAI) that can perform annual inspections in accordance with the NFPA80 requirements adopted by state and local building codes.
- Architects often incorporate annual inspections of fire door assemblies as part of project specifications.
- Fire Marshals may ask for Fire Door Assembly Inspection reports during annual fire safety inspections or in advance of issuing certificates of occupancy for new buildings.
- Building owners and property managers are responsible for initiating the Fire Door Assembly Inspection for every building they own or operate and must maintain written records of inspection for review by code officials.
We can conduct the inspections in accordance with FPA80-07 and provide the required written reports.
